The mice are smaller than usual (about half) and feature a new chocolate brown fur: D I had to try this too ... you say, I add the colors of Topoli?

Devo dire che quello che più mi manca quando sono a dieta sono i dolci... il profumo di una torta di mele, la morbidezza di un pan di spagna, la golosità di un muffin...ah! I sacrifici non sono vani amici miei! Oggi festeggio il mio primo complemese diet .... and have to share - 5 kg! :)

It 's a risotto when I combined the flavors of the north to those in the south (as in time of celebrations of the unification of Italy is not bad) and the combination is simple and tasty. I advise you to do it now!

For the pistachio pesto I have to thank JUST SICILY company per l'appunto siciliana che anche online offre un'ampia gamma di prodotti da quelli alimentari a quelli più tipici.
Il riso invece, arriva direttamente dalla pianura padana, esattamente dalla provincia di Pavia, ringrazio di cuore Maura che ha creduto nel blog mettendomi a disposizione delle eccellenze prodotte dalla sua azienda LE CAMPANELLE  che vi invito a visitare "virtualmente"; anche in questo caso è possibile approfittare della vendita telematica.

Beh, che dire, ho perso 5 kg, collaboro con aziende fantastiche e tra pochi giorni festeggerò il compleanno...una settimana davvero entusiasmante :)

Ingredienti per 4 people

400 g of rice Superfino Carnaroli "The Bells"
150 g pistachio pesto "Just Sicily
150 g smoked
100 g of bacon
1 liter vegetable stock

white onion salt and pepper to taste
extra virgin olive oil to taste


Preparation Heat a large saucepan, add the oil and when hot, the onion, cut into small cubes.
Let it turn golden, add the rice and toast it, and gradually add the stock needed to cook.
to taste with salt and pepper. Turn off the heat, stir in the pesto. Then, with gentle movements, the smoked cheese and diced bacon strips. Stir and serve immediately with another round of pepper.
Optionally add Parmesan cheese.

800 g of beef stew
500 g of peeled tomatoes
70 g onion sauce Lazzaris
1 / 2 glass of red wine
1 / 2 white onion
extra virgin olive
salt and pepper to taste

for pasta
470 g flour 00
150 g of butter
30 g whole wheat flour
1 tsp English mustard
1 teaspoon of salt
cold water to taste
1 egg

NB For the recipe might not be enough of pasta, but one that advances surgelatela!

Preparation
First, it will be well prepared pasta.

A fuoco spento unito la salsa di cipolle agrodolci LAZZARIS e amalgamate il tutto.

Ora, si potrà scegliere di servire 4 cocotte come ho fatto io o un'unica pirofila se non volete monoporzioni. Ma vi assicuro che comunque le mie sono molto abbondanti.
Stendete la pasta riposata con un spessore about half a cm and cut circles with a knife larger than that of the cocotte. Pasta and beans with nduja

I even bought the plugs for the ears but do not work, I am desperate! I guess I'll have to soundproof the room, and who knows how much will it cost me!

Luckily I spent the week and weekend to console me with my brand new yogurt maker from New Zealand, "easiyo" I am very satisfied! The yogurt is delicious!
If then there is a spicy bean soup that warms us, time moves even better.
For this recipe I have made use of two major companies with which it deals: the MAGNATUM Club
and EVER TASTE OF CALABRIA . The first, a beautiful Umbrian company that made me try the beans Tylor that you can find here and the second, Calabrian company that we have already learned, the best marketing nduja the whole of Calabria.
What is this?
The nduja name derives from the French "andouille" which means "sausage". It is however not a sausage, as it may be similar. It 'made with pork, a little' of fat, and very hot pepper. It can be spread on bread, toast or added to many dishes in the kitchen to replace the classic chili:)

The combination of beans and sausage that will surprise you:)

Ingredienti per 4 persone
300 g di pasta mista
300 g di fagioli secchi borlotti tylor Magnatum club
30/50 g di nduja (dipende da quanto la volete piccante)
2,5 l d'acqua
1 spicchio d'aglio
3 cucchiai di olio extravergine d'oliva
sale qb

Preparazione
Tenere a bagno i fagioli in acqua tiepida almeno per 10 ore.
Scolarli e sciaquarli sotto acqua corrente.
Nel frattempo, in a large pot heat oil and garlic, add the beans and cover them with plenty of water specified in the ingredients.
Bring to a boil with high heat, then lower it and let the beans simmer for 30-40 minutes. When they are cooked, remove a small quantity to be set aside.
Bring to a boil in saucepan (if the water is lowered too aggiungetene a bit, but it's hot) and boil the pasta directly in the beans, this is called cooking risotto and gives much more flavor to any dish.
Mash the beans required by with a little water cooking. Add the puree until the dough is cooked and stir in flakes nduja that will melt with heat.

NOTE: If you do not find nduja add crushed red pepper

"Il Kitchen aid", "Il kitchen aid, come diavolo ho fatto a dimenticarlo!!??" Ma è tutta un'altra cosa! Colorato, un pò vintage come piace a me, perchè non ci ho messo subito gli occhi ?
(Certamente avrei guadagnato few hours of sleep). Ok

Pizza Rustica (the parents) and BROCCOLI SAUSAGE

Ingredients for 6 people
2 discs of 32 cm crust dough you can buy it here or read recipe
400 g of fresh pork sausage
300 g Fontina
1 egg yolk
1 kg broccoli
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive
fresh chilli optional

- a pan 28 cm

Preparation
Rinse broccoli, hulled, obtaining only the most tender stems, leaves and tops the best (if you do not want to sweat buy them already cleaned and sorted to the super market) and drain thoroughly.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and pepper, add the broccoli and brown them without cover (rule of the mother) because it would create a "hood" that boiled vegetables and this should not happen.
Cook the broccoli, turning them several times until the consistency is soft and not crushed, then set aside. Cut into strips
the fontina and the scouring raw sausage.
Line the bottom of the pan with a disk of dough, placing them well on the edges and leaving out the excess.
Fill in this order: half of the broccoli, sausage, cheese and the other part of the broccoli.
Close the pizza crust with the other disk, remove excess with a knife and pinch the edges to close.
Brush with egg yolk and bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
