I have two computers, one fixed and one portable.
The first fails to enter in your blog, by an error and closes the page. The second big problem and turns itself off after 10 minutes from power. Now, imagine that yours truly had to work until yesterday with the impossibility of time and material to contact a technical decent at this time ...
